6. Service Level and Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of service. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Rirotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rirotech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services:

• Immediately, without notice, for breach of these terms
• For non-payment of fees
• Upon your request
• For any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
